Isaac Melamed, MD
As a respected leader in his field, Dr. Melamed has, throughout his career, lectured extensively in the United States and Europe, speaking on the effects of allergy and immunology. Dr. Melamed has been published more than eight times in leading medical journals, presenting over forty abstracts, and contributing to medical textbooks. He has also been involved in over one hundred NIH and FDA research trials and studies. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Melamed is also a member of the American and European Society of Clinical Immunology.

Angela McDonald, PA-C
Angela graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2004 as a Physician Assistant. She has worked as a physician assistant for Immunoe/ Horizon Pediatrics since 2004 in allergy/ asthma/ immunology, pediatrics and internal medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from University of Northern Colorado in 1999. She is a mother of two children and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and family.
Karen Markham, PA-C
Ms. Markham has worked at our practice for the last 24 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science from the University of Colorado and her Masters Degree in the Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Her interests include pediatrics, as well as allergy and asthma. Ms. Markham is married and has 3 daughters. Her interests include spending time at her cabin at the lake, running and biking, and skiing.
